Arbellason's birthday is today (happy 28th birthday!), and it's the second one this week. I don't want to clog Off Topic with a whole bunch of birthday messages, but I still want to wish everyone a happy birthday when it comes up (I could end up writing a few paragraphs on my reasoning), so maybe we could have a section similar to Hello/Goodbye, except for birthdays. We could also have this become the "official" birthday thread, and anytime someone's birthday comes up we could post here. I'm guessing the latter would be more feasible, though.
